On a side note, you may have a wheat allergy or allergies to milk products. If by not eating meat, you end up eating more breads and cereals, and you do in fact have food sensitivities or allergies to wheat, you will feel tired. My friends who have allergies to wheat, get really tired after eating any. If it's just a food sensitivity, you may not notice right away, but it will set in later. I'm no doctor, but I hang with nutritionists and the like. I wasn't trying to promote eating fish in my last comment, but was just looking out for your health. The first time I went vegetarian, I failed in the nutrition department, and then went back to meat out of failure. Best of luck to you. Make sure that you eat a bean and a grain together. Without both, you won't get the proper combination of proteins that your body really really needs to heal itself. Very serious, here. Also, make sure that you are getting your B vitamins, for your brain chemistry and not passing out. Also, for your skin health, make sure you are getting Omega-3 fatty acids, like from flax seed. I say, for the sake of your health, if you are not getting these types of thing, you should really go ahead and get some fish in you. It's better to be in good health using what works now, until you find all of the things to get by without meat. Many people who try going vegetarian end up eating a bunch of junk food in avoidance of meat and other animal products. Find a soy milk that you like, there are plenty to choose from. If you have any questions or just want some support, feel free to drop me a line. Good luck, tell yer mom that you are making steps to educate yourself, and I'm sure she will at least support your lifestyle choice a little more. Peace, Dan

dude my mom is lyke freaking out because i pass out alot since i became veggie so do u have like any cool tips that i can get to know if i can really just help her relax if so please tell me i dont wana eat meat at all so HELP ME♥!♥!
