Oh yeah, but it's not necessarily all so complex as the link I gave you: I just eat whatever I feel like, and never was deficient in anything after having having my blood,urine,etc tested a few times during 10 years of veganism. ;-) Of course, that's just me and you might be different though...so it's best to read that link.

you should find most of the info you're seeking here. (how to do each veg or vegan diet healthily...and even the diff between vegetarianism & veganism, IIRC.) I'll answer anything else that I can, if you're still unsure after reading that and want to ask me anything. But sometimes I take awhile to answer everyone on myspace, veghaven, etc... or sometimes I answer within a day, I'm completely random. ;-P

Oh, and I know a vegan in HOU (but not sure if you'd want to hang out, and if you'd be into the same things unless I find out more about you).
