- I'm a Vegetarian, working my way to Vegan. I eat dairy and am working on getting that out of my diet.
- About Me:
- I went Vegetarian because of my love for animals. The nice part of that is it's affected my health in a positive way. (My cholesterol dropped 60 points, thank you.) I am a corporate trainer and metaphysicla practitioner and teacher. I'd love to meet other Vegetarians & Vegans to chat and support each other.

I am a fellow teacher and I just started a group
Obtaining and maintaining optimum health and I posted a
discussion on How to teach our children and students the importance of eating healthy which has some web sites and videos that I have used in my class check them out add to the list and join if you like.
