- I'm 22, I live with my beautiful vegan fiancée Sandra and 2 beautiful rescue cats called Tom and Molly!
I am an amateur bassist and I am very interested in art and literature.
I've been vegan for almost 3 years now (I started 5th November 2006).
I would like to get involved in an animal rights group and meet like-minded people. So please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason. =]
My fiancée and I are trying to set up a vegan business. She currently makes soy candles and I am in the process of learning to make jewelry and accessories.
I am a fiend for horror! I love cheesy horror films, '80s slasher flicks and old school novels based on the occult.
I play bass for an upcoming horrorpunk band called The Unbirthdays.

Welcome to this amazing community, Philly! It's really great to have you here :-) Oh, I LOVE the bass! My boyfriend is an amazing bass player, I love to sing to it.
You'll find that there are many wonderful souls here with so much to offer & inspire us. I hope that you’ll feel moved to participate in the forum discussions, the groups & the Chat Room, they’re all part of the life blood of this community & are what really sets it apart! I'm curious to know how you heard about this community? I did through Chris via MySpace. Hope you'll be able to bring your friends over here! We still want to get lots more people to sing up. Did you know that the mere number of members affects the level of corporate sponsorship VegHaven gets? And because ad revenue goes to worthy animal causes (that the membership themselves vote on) just by signing up you get to make a difference for the animals in need, regardless of how active or not you choose to be within the community. But of course, once you get here, it's too fun not to dive in, there's so much going on!
