- Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
- Vegan..Vegetarian for years now vegan..My partner and I are not tight about it, but feel the health benefits of a mostly vegetable diet, raw juices and no wheat..A few years spent on Ayurvedic diet, now a blend. ALWAYS ORGANIC!!! We wont eat it if itslifeforce is gone!

TOTAL SPIRITUAL REVOLUTION
I am a musician of the heart. I write about Love. I write healing songs. I am totally committed to the process of transformation, both of the individual and of the Planet Earth. I believe that NOW is the time, and the time is Now. On Jan 1st 2008 we enter the Aquarian age. Life on this Planet has to change. We need to remember Love and Truth. And the slaughter of it's animals must stop. We do not need to kill. My partner and I love food. She pours her love into cooking with awareness and I receive it in a state of gratitude. Food never tasted so good as it does now!! I feel blessed...And we adore the vegetable world...why look anywhere else??
I do not believe in Love. I have realised what Love is, and understand that it is not a belief. It is what we are made of, the fabric of the Universe, and consciousness itself. What I believe in comes and goes but Love, like Truth, is constant and unchanging. Only our relationship to it changes.
