i congratulate you on the work you did on your boyfriend. you are making compassion contagious.
i think you may enjoy this song by a friend of mine, honey sheperd: Blessings to the Mare. there is a line in there, karmah, that i think you'll particularly appreciate, because i think someone like you will indeed, "turn the tide".
in friendship,
prad
It's called... "It's Nature's Way of Receiving YOU"
The consumption of animals, the domination and control of people, and the hatred shown toward our planet are all constructions of depraved, confused idiomatic persons.
The day will come when all killing will be against the law, and all war will be considered genocide against Nature and Life.
Peace will reign for us all, even the littlest beings like insects and other creatures, because we will be given the peace and know-how to accept life by having Nature take responsibility to foster understanding that out of control procreation is not of life and should not be practiced.
Yes! I'm looking forward to my silver vegan anniversary. I should start planning some kind of party, I'm quite proud of that. 25 years!!! That's quarter of a century :) I think awareness is spreading. There are definitely a lot more vegans around than there were in the 1980's. I don't feel as alone anymore, & of course it is easier than ever to eat & live cruelty-free these days.
Herts is kind of kind of between Cambridgeshire & Essex. Sort of north of London. It's a nice place mostly, well I would say that I guess.
Yeah, I have been to the U.S. for the first time ever in 2007. I went to Lawrence in Kansas. Had a great time. I loved it there! Everyone was so friendly. Wanna go back this year but concerned about my carbon footprint. Think I sould plant a forest to offset it. Or maybe walk there next time. Hmmm, might take a while though.
Best wishes to you too, beautiful soul :)
happy new year...
