My friend Joe and I used to ride around talking about life, the universe, different things like that. I was fortunate to know him. My other Joe friend, was a kind good samaritan type of guy. I hope your experience here is a 'fruitful' one, the gist of it that juice fasting once a week has helped me feel really good. I'm over 60 and I like the way I feel having fasted now on Fridays for 4 weeks, going on 5 tomorrow.
