Veganopolis is my standard. Its a Vegan Buffet on 4th
"The Farm" is organic and has one vegan dish but it kicks ass the baked tofu. Expesive restaurant but this dish is only $10
Portland was rated #1 for veggies to live so you will find better than anywhere you have ever been :)
