Duuude! You should most definitely move here. It's a great place to be! Just really amazing energy here. I notice an immediate difference every time I fly back to the east coast. It's especially nice for us vegans-more vegan/vegetarian restaurants per capita than any city in the US. Oh and great people too. Lol. The city of Portland should hire me as its publicist. I think everyone should move here. Hey nice meeting you as well.

Hey, so I finally did it: I finally ate the garlic sauteed Brussels sprouts.. and you know what? they were nowhere near as disgusting as they usually are. I think I'll do a bit more garlic next time, but hey, there'll be a next time. Thank you very much for the recipe :)
