It also includes notes on whether certain age-groups like teens need special dietary advice. But I think you'll find vegetarianism pretty easy, or even veganism: I'm vegan 11 years, my MD's said I'm not deficient in any nutrients and one said I was the healthiest patient he ever had...and I never saw the need for anything special except I exercise, and take occasional vitamins if I feel like I ate nuthin but processed junkfood that day :-) whereas I USUALLY eat fresh whole-foods...but YMMV. I also just make sure I eat a variety of fruits-vegetables-grains. I have a great vegan Philly-Cheesesteak recipe if you'd like to try "sinful vegan" food w/your kid: I always strive for all the taste of the greasy meats you love (and that I used to love, obviously), whilst fitting the vegan diet to harm no animals :-) and very heart-healthy in my experience (from my MD's data) despite tasting so good...It's probably cos most plant-fats are anywhere from fairly to very healthy compared to animal-fats. Chili-beer vegdogs, deep fried soy-chicken or buffalo soy-'wings,' lol I eat things like these about half the time, and Indian/Oriental foods with lots of oil in the other half of an 'average' week...yet my MD says 50 beats/minute made him nearly fall over cos it took his nurse 5 minutes -- then him personally for about a minute -- to even find ANY heartbeat on me (well, I was almost falling asleep at the time, but I'm normally @ 60 BPM and that's still slow) with 121 cholesterol (mostly the 'good' cholesterol w/a marginally-low 'total') and great bloodpressure but I forgot his exact numbers for my pressure. Dunno, veganism just works for me, w/out much effort!

Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
No, I am a carnivor! My younger daughter is newly vegetarian and I'm interested in helping her get proper nutrition.
About Me:
I grew up in the greasiest and tastiest fast food capital of the world, Chicago. Hence, my love for Kosher hot dogs and Italian Beef sandwiches. I presently live in the beautiful and health conscious Pacific Northwest. I am now constantly inspired to make healthy choices when possible. I have total respect for all vegans and vegetarians, and give my support.

Shifting and relocation to new location is not fun chore. It is troublesome task, daunting and also time consuming. Several processes are included in these processes which are risky at the same time brain teasing. So it needs lots of attentions, car…
I APPEAL TO YOU
