Mache (or lambs lettuce), I will definitely look into! I live in an agricultural area of Spain which has some great fruits and vegetables. Of course the most famous vegan dish (one of the very few) is gazpacho. Some time soon I´ll post a good, authentic gazpacho recipe!

I can't wait for the day when my path turns toward the many pleasant goals I have set for myself to enjoy. I'm still encountering 'beginnings' and folks that only 'might' like to get more involved. One such turn almost began last week, when a vegetarian approached me to see if I'd be interested in talking about the BUEC.

I hope you're finding your 2008 path a lot more recognizable, a lot more meaningful and a lot more productive.
