- Just started to change my eating habits in the past couple months.. it has been easy at times.. mostly when I am home alone. I do have a hard time sticking to Vegan when we go out to dinner.. not to sure why that is yet? Always on the lookout for Vegan Restaurants.
I love the idea of getting my self back into a healthy way of living and increasing my energy levels.

How are you doing today ? I'm sorry I asked you to check out my blog and to leave a comment. In retrospect I feel it was a little premature of me to have done so. Its just that I got such good vibes from you, that I got carried away. There's no mental pressure on you to read my blog or to leave a comment, none whatsoever. I would love to be your friend, whether you read my blog or not. Please overlook my mistake and let it not get in the way of our friendship, which has just started to happen. I so wanna be your friend. I do look forward to some great interactions with you. For me a friendship means more than anything else. I just made a mistake - sometimes I just speak my heart and go with the flow and follow my feelings, and so don't really think rationally before acting. Have a great week ! My apologies again.
