I want to become atleast 50% raw, for many different reasons, but getting to that point i need some insight, also, i want to lose 50 pounts(atleast if it happens) by my birthday(august) other than working out does anyone know how to kick metabolism in, because mine is faulty and slow :-(

I am doing the master cleanse, i am hungry so bad, but i cannot give in, i need to feel good again, about my health.
