- Metalhead Vegan from the Chicago area. I work in marketing, but after the wedding I'm going back to school so I can change careers to be a registered dietitan, maybe possibly health law down the road. Like most people my age, I'm at a cross roads in my life, not sure where everything is going to go, but i'm excited to find out. It's not easy finding other Vegans and Vegetarians to hang with in a city known for its meat packing industry, but I have great friends, and the love of my life to have fun with and I couldn't be happier :)
