I think our movement has to reclaim the term 'vegetarian' instead of accepting the qualifiers lacto-, ovo-, & lacto-ovo vegetarianism as the standard for vegetarianism.

i totally agree with you about reclaiming the term 'vegetarian' otherwise those who eat everything other than red meat should fancy themselves to be lacto-ovo-pesco-polla-miele vegetarians.
