Vegans & Vegetarians making a difference!
I'm a new Vegetarian, 3 months or so. I absolutely love it. But I have been so sluggish and tired lately and have gained 15 lbs! I know I need to start taking a multivitamin, but does anyone know where I can get some good info on what the proper nutrients I should be eating or somewhere I can set up some meal plans?
