I found this video through a myspace friend's blog, who said-
"Listen to Dennis' answer when the woman's questions continue to be so utterly trivial, instead of focusing on the accomplishments, leadership, and valuable work of Dennis and Elizabeth Kucinch. Dennis' answer to the woman's question about the tongue stud is excellent!"
- and I completely agree! I am so tired of them ATTACKING Dennis and Elizabeth based on their appearance. It's RIDICULOUS that these are considered valid issues in the presidential race. It makes me sick. I LOVED the "that's MY privilege" line. They handle these ridiculous situations like a lady and gentleman always, and I respect that so much.

What an imbecile that woman was! That's what I hate so much about politics, and what I find to be so awesome about Kucinich. He doesn't waste time over stupid, insignificant, trivial matters. Seriously, who CARES if she has a tongue piercing. Does that make either of them bad people?

That woman was simply doing that to discredit him and lower people's opinions of him. She pretty much attacked him right off the bat, trying to trick him into making a verbal mistake.

He's shown time and again how professional, intelligent, and decent a person he is. Oh if only he'd win the presidency, this country would really live up to its potential, and once again have the respect of the rest of the world.
