Come on Folks Just $1700.00 More dollars to go..I'm sure that between all of us, that we can get everyone on our friends list to donate a $1.00 we can get these funds up by the weekend...So, please, repost this bulletin or even send it in a message to all your friends...Tell them to fork up a buck to help these people repair this place so the animals there are safe from the weather and that rats can't get into their food which is supplies by the volunteers there out of their own pockets, because the County AC don't take on any responsibility short of them keep bring more dogs to be dumped off there...These ladies are doing all of this on their own so that they can get these dogs into rescues or adopted into loving forever homes rather than having them put down...
This is not a difficult decision for those of you who are true animals lovers and advocates...So, let's get this moving...
It would be a crime for those who claim to love these sweethearts and want to see them safe, don't even donate a buck...A $1.00 isn't going to break anyones pocket, never put anyone out on the streets, but not donating a $1.00 could mean all these sweethearts if not most wind up being put down without so much as a chance to a new life...
Would you want that on your conscience? I know I wouldn't, that's why I donated..Now it is your turn to step up to the plate here for these babies lives...

I wanted to share this with you. Linda, an ARRF volunteer in Leland called and she just can't believe the support they are getting from everyone. She said "Why nobody here in Leland cares, but people all over the country do!" "We've never had anybody care before, we've never had enough of anything!".
They are so thankful, thank you all for helping us help them! Linda Gabby
The Leland Mississippi Shelter is in such dire need that Jamie and I have decided to make an emergency run from Rushville Indiana to Leland Mississippi. The United States Animal Protection, a national animal rights group is helping with the van, vaccines and more, the volunteer's at ARRF are giving us a place to stay overnight and chipping in towards gas. The situation:Puppies have been freezing to death outside, rats are eating the dog food, sewage backs up into the shelter. The City of Leland owns the building but will not even provide food for the animals. The 4 volunteers have exhausted themselves physically and financially. In addition to the shelter being overflowing, a hoarder is willing to give up the 42 dogs he has. Leland is in dire circumstances! We will carry dog food, vaccines, tools to make necessary shelter repairs and provide womanpower to coordinate a weekend rescue effort. We will also be documenting the conditions at the shelter and the many starving strays in Leland.
If you are a rescue and are willing to take some of the Leland dogs, please message Gabby or email Linda at ubenframed@cinci.rr.com. We are also working to coordinate with rescues along our route home in hopes that we can find safety for the left over animals. We will be traveling through Cincinnati OH, Louisville KY, Bowling Green KY, Nashville TN, Memphis TN, Leland MS. Interstates I61, I40,I65. We leave for Leland on Friday March 28 and return early on March 31th. To see the conditions at the shelter visit www.

We are raising money to help with the cost of the van rental, gas money, supplies, vaccines etc. Any cash left over will be given to the voluteers at ARRF who take care of the dogs at this destitute shelter.
Thank you,
..

This is easy to do. Draw two columns, on one column write out all your expenses, on the other one your income. If your expenses are over 60 to 70 % your income maybe you should wait it out a little while till your expenses have dropped or your income grows.
